How a purchase works

Four steps from first contact to an empty warehouse.

  1. Describe the lot

    Send us the item list, quantities, photos and the location of the goods – using the form or by email.

  2. Receive our offer

    We review the lot and give you a fixed price for the entire quantity.

  3. Payment

    Once you accept, we pay as agreed, usually before or on handover of the goods.

  4. Delivery or collection

    You are welcome to deliver the goods to us in Hamburg. If that is not possible, we collect them or send a freight forwarder.
